Spikeball is an adaptation of volleyball where a small ball is bounced off a mesh net on the ground, similar to a small trampoline. Teams of two attempt to serve and return the ball to the other team without having it hit the ground, bounce twice on the net, hit the rim of the net, or be touched more than once in a row by the same person.
Spikeball can be an easy, recreational sport and a great game to play on the beach, but it can also be played competitively.
